Pre Sales Analyst Internship
Responsible for assisting in the creation of sales presentations for prospective On Target Customers. Assists in analyzing search engine configurations of websites, corporate social media presence, competitor websites and overall market position of both the prospect and their competitors.
Maintains timelines and meets deadlines. Potential to accompany Sales Representative on customer calls to review analysis with prospect. Utilizes analytic tools, strong communication skills and critical thinking skills to assist sales representatives in preparation for customer presentations. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing with specific emphasis on position analysis
• Comfortable with statistical analysis tools available in Microsoft Excel
• Possesses the ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy
• Is able to multi-task and take direction in a matrix work environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational skills and a self-starter
• General knowledge of computer hardware and software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gains knowledge of prospects and competitor’s products and positioning on an on-going basis
• Responsible for analyzing and documenting key metrics of website performance.
• Responsible for staying within deadlines set by representatives.
• Analyzes prospect and competitors web presence in social networks to assist in the design of internet marketing campaigns
• Produces technical and competitive summaries and reviews with sales representatives
• Completes miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor.
•Maintains proper attendance, reports to work on time, notifies supervisor regarding absence or lateness and dresses in a professional manner.
HOURS
15-20 hours per week
RATE OF PAY
This internship is unpaid, however the employer is offering a gas / living stipend up to $100.00 per week.

This position is NOT for the timid, qualified candidate needs to be a professional networker who is eager to learn and educate prospects about web design and Internet marketing.
Ideal candidate will have the flexibility to sell our key products including web design, custom CMS, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing and the Orlando / Central Florida market. We are seeking a professional who has a background in technology and who has the communication skills to equate technical speak to laymen's terms.
Requirements:
• 2 or more years of successful sales experience, preferably in marketing and design
• Knowledge of Internet marketing, social media and traditional marketing issues
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Experience winning projects by writing proposals
• Ability to network with prospects at events such as trade shows and conferences
• Public speaking experience is a plus
