Sometimes, Bad stuff happens. This week, one of our servers in Orlando encountered SEVERAL issues, first the hosting data center crashed, next, the hard drive on the server housing some of our valued clients started to die. As a result, the server became very unstable and kept going off-line. Since we use a third party for hosting to maintain our servers, I need to rely on them to provide me with updates, time-lines, solutions, etc..

Long story short, I apologize to my clients who were on this box that have experienced outages, etc.. Believe me, I realize how important your business is, I realize how important your web site is and I of course realize how frustrating it is when things just don’t work.

I firmly believe that the situation is resolved now, they replaced an entire hard drive, etc., but I will be monitoring the box personally so that I can take necessary action. I will also make certain that our team does a better job communicating with our clients when things do go wrong. Please note, we can not always give a firm time as to when things get restored, sometimes, unfortunately, things snow ball (as they did in this instance.) Please do follow us at Twitter/ontarget so that we can communicate using all channels.

A sincere thank you for your patience and thank you for understanding.
Tom
