We get many questions from our clients asking us about their blogs, “Did I Write Too much?”, “Are these the right words to use?”, “Do I not write enough?”. While these are great questions, in my humble opinion, a corporate blog should be a combination of the following:
1.) Relevant.
2.) Informative.
3.) Personal Perspective or Insight.
4.) Short and sweet.
5.) Interesting to the READER (not necessarily just you….)
Avoid writing boring garbage about how your company ran out of number two pencils yesterday, or how the boss had a few too many drinks at the Christmas party and made a fool out of himself. The world is watching or reading and can be creating their own opinion of your company, your brand and your products.
