I had a change of heart yesterday.  Normally you all see me shredding the Yellow Pages, both figuratively and literally, but yesterday my friends, I had a change of heart. I was meeting with a group of amazing folks when my friend Gail started her rant about the Yellow Pages and how they had approached her to sign another two year worthless marketing agreement.  They did such a fine job of NOT SELLING her by false promises, bogus statistics, poor customer service etc., that she is NOW going to be an On Target Web Solutions client.
