We recently signed a partnership with a large Orlando air conditioning sales and service firm: We sat down to discuss internet marketing and search engine marketing in the local market and he had sent us a copy of their latest in print offline advertisement. The very first thing we noted was the lack of their web url in their print ad. Also, on my way to work the other morning, all of their trucks were being dispatched for the day and I noticed that their website address was no where to be found on their trucks.
Studies have shown that offline marketing can be an effective way of pushing folks to your website in order to take a more distinct action and also, to educate the consumer / prospect about their products and services. It is imperative to promote your website both online and off-line. People may see your ad and then quickly go online and google your company to see what you are all about, or to learn more. Include it on your business card, on your tv spots, your phone book ad and any other type of media that you publish.
